Our Process

Start Your Project
Send us anything you have — design boards, construction drawings, concept sketches, or even hand-drawn notes — via our service submission form or directly by email. The more details you share, the more accurate we can be with your quote. After reviewing your materials, we’ll follow up with a detailed conversation by phone, email, or video call to go over your project.
Quotes are typically provided within 2–3 business days after we receive all necessary project information. Once the estimate is approved, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required to begin the design process.

Drafting & Design Development
Once we’ve received your materials and have a clear understanding of your project’s requirements, we’ll begin the design phase. You can expect an initial drawing or design set for review within 1–2 weeks.
From there, we include up to 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design, details, and specifications — typically completed within 2-4 business days per round. Additional revisions can be quoted separately based on the scope of changes.
This collaborative phase ensures the final drawings are both beautiful and buildable — tailored to your project’s needs and ready for construction.

APPROVAL & DELIVERY
Once all revisions are complete and final approval is given, your drawings or renderings will be delivered digitally in your preferred format — ready for fabrication, construction, or presentation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files. After payment is received, we’ll provide you with a secure digital copy of your projects files.
